PDFs are Best.
They're what we prefer to print from.
PDF's whether for Color or Black and White should'nt have any registration or crop marks - just stuff you want to print.
InDesign Tips
Export as a "Print PDF"
Then make sure your using Presets like, High Quality Print or Press Quality.
Then select the "Output" tab and in the "Color Conversion" window make sure "No Color Conversion" is chosen.

Resolution 150 DPI for all of your photos
Resolution 300 DPI for all ads with text
